When does the course start?

The course begins immediately!  You will receive instant access to a password-protected members area as soon as you join and can dive right in.

 

How does the course flow?

The course is broken down into 8 modules, however I recommend you work through course over a period of 12 weeks to allow time for integration.  Each week you will receive an email with the recommended activity for that week, based on when you joined the course.

How much time is required?

Each module contains between 45-60 minutes of video content, broken down into small chunks so it’s easy to work into your schedule.  Each module also includes exercises or assignments to deepen your learning, such as worksheets, meditations, or recommended activities.  These have been carefully selected to give you maximum impact with minimum time, and many of these are practices that you will weave into your daily life.  Overall the time commitment for most women is no more than 2-3 hours per week.

 

How long will I have access to the course?

You will have lifetime access to the course content. Most of the content is downloadable and your access to the members area does not expire.  You will have access to the Live Q&A Calls for 12 weeks, or 6 occurrences, from the date of registration.

If you have received a bonus 1-1 coaching session with Michelle, your session is valid for 120 days from the date you join the course.  If you do not book your session within 120 days of registration, the gift session will expire and 1-1 coaching will be billed at current private coaching rates.

 

When do the Live Q&A Coaching calls begin?

The Live Q&A Calls begin October 16, 2018 and will take place every other Tuesday at 5:30 pm Pacific/8:30 pm Eastern via Zoom (a free video conferencing app).  Should schedule changes occur you will be notified via email.

 

What if I can’t make it to the Live calls?

All calls will be recorded and posted in the members area so you can listen at your convenience. If you have a question for the call, there will be a question thread posted in the Facebook Group before each call – you may post your question there and I will do my best to answer it on the call.  You are also welcome to post questions in the Facebook group as they arise.

 

What if I need more support?

I have special dietary needs… will this work for me?

This course is more about how you relate to food than what you eat, and much of it has nothing to do with food at all. If you have dietary restrictions or food sensitivities, what you learn in this course may still apply to you and be highly beneficial in helping you increase your overall sense of nourishment and peace with food. In some cases, it may even relieve some of your symptoms.  The best bet is for us to have a conversation to make sure it’s a fit.
